About The Position

EasySend is a no-code platform that empowers banks and insurance companies to quickly convert paper forms and clunky PDFs into interactive digital journeys without writing a single line of code.

The platform empowers enterprise organizations to quickly launch digital journeys and optimize them using the platform’s powerful analytics tools, driving better customer experience and revenue growth. 

EasySend is searching for a Head of Design to take our brand and product experience to the next level. An experienced leader who will inspire our product design by leveraging expertise, hands-on work, and influence to create a culture of design. This individual will own design language, user journeys, and branding to ensure EasySend achieves accelerated growth through innovative and high-quality design.


As Head of Design, you will

  • Lead EasySend design team 
  • Drive our product design and brand forward, setting design as a core competency and differentiator
  • Work closely with the product team on both the customer experience of the platform and the customer experience of the digital journeys used by our customer’s consumers
  • Develop brand concepts working closely with the marketing team 
  • Lead user research and other experiments to inform design decisions
  • Foster a team culture of continuous growth and improvement - providing training to designers and encouraging cross-team collaboration and skill-sharing


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Design & CX 
  • Experience in marketing and branding 
  • Experience working at a strategic level to influence design across an entire organization
  • A track record of delivering results through high-quality digital products

  • You understand code well enough to know if design solutions are attainable and you can communicate with engineers to ensure designs are properly implemented
